Case of implementation of the GoSklad service from our partner iFabrique for a SPA-salon

Client: SPA salon offering a wide range of spa services and wellness cocktails.

Task: The client has two spa salons and he requested automation of inventory management and implementation of a service for effective sales management, including services and goods. Automatic write-off of goods from various warehouses and sales analytics were also required.

What did we do?

Setting up amoCRM:
- For convenient management of the client base and communication with clients, we set up amoCRM.
- We connected WhatsApp and Telegram messengers for quick communication.

Setting up GoSklad:

1. Management of services and menus
We created all services and menus, dividing them into categories.
2. Write-off of balances from the warehouse
Lists of ingredients were created to prepare cocktails. The manager only needs to add the name of the cocktail itself to the receipt, and the ingredients required for preparation are automatically written off from the balance of the required warehouse.
3. Analytics system
We have set up detailed analytics where the client can track the average bill, popular products and services, as well as regular customers.
